“The Holy Grail”

Raw African black soap is a natural soap that has been used in Africa for centuries, imported directly from Ghana. It works well with most skin types and is a holy grail for the removal and fading of dark spots, black heads, acne, and other skin ailments. It exfoliates to remove dead skin cells as well. Aside from the already great ingredients my formula includes Shea butter, Rose hip oil, and Tea Tree oil to leave your skin feeling smooth, soft, and supple.

Ingredients: Aqua(Deionized Water), African Black Soap, Shea Nut Oil, Rosehip Oil, Tea Tree Oil.

Aqua(Deionized Water)-  Once the water is deionized there is no sodium, chloride, calcium, iron, copper, bromide ions, along with any other pollutant found in your standard tap water. As you may have guessed, deionized water is also known as pure water, which is safe and beneficial for the skin.

African Black Soap(cocoa pod ash, plantain skin, palm kernel oil, palm oil)- Used topically, Palm Oil restores hydration to dry skin, preventing further dryness by sealing in moisture. Suitable for use on sensitive skin, it effectively nourishes areas afflicted by eczema, psoriasis, and stretch marks. The antioxidant properties of Palm Oil boost immunity and delay the onset of wrinkles. Palm kernel oil is extracted from the fruit seeds of the African palm tree. It is high in lauric acid, giving it anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties. Raw African Black Soap Liquid-Premium Quality, Unrefined - Grade A, Imported From Ghana, Natural / Organic

Shea Nut Oil- High concentrations of fatty acids and vitamins make shea butter an ideal cosmetic ingredient for softening skin. Shea butter also has anti-inflammatory and healing properties. Using Shea butter on your body, especially your face, can condition, tone, and soothe your skin. It has been used to heal burns, sores, and scars, and to treat psoriasis, eczema, and dermatitis. It helps promote cell renewal and diminish the appearance of wrinkles. It is also a good for treatment of acne scars because it is non-comedogenic and has anti-microbial properties.

Rosehip Oil- Rose hip, the seed oil, extracted from the hip of the flower, provides significant moisture and elasticity promoting essential fatty acids. Rosehip Oil is often referred to as a 'dry' oil because it is absorbed into the skin quickly. It does not clog up pores. Rosehip Oil also helps to restore the natural PH balance and moisture levels of your skin.

Tea Tree Oil-  Tea tree oil is a popular choice for treating acne because of its anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties. Calms redness, swelling, and inflammation. It even helps to prevent and reduce acne scars, leaving you with smooth, clear skin.

FAQ ABOUT AFRICAN BLACK SOAP

Can I use African black soap everyday?

African black soap can dry out sensitive skin, so start by using it once every 1-2 days. If you're used to using black soap, you can use it daily to clean your skin. You can gradually increase your use as your skin gets used to the soap. It’s possible to be allergic to any soap. If your skin becomes irritated or you develop a rash, discontinue use. Always follow up with a moisturizer or hydrating serum after you use it to keep your skin from drying out.

How long does it take to see results from African black soap?

Be patient, as black soap can take a few weeks to reach its full effectiveness. Some people may experience a skin purging effect as the soap naturally detoxifies the skin. You may see some breakouts initially that will clear to soft, glowing skin.

Why does black soap burn my face?

In theory, this is caused by the soap drawing out impurities and excess oils, and the pH levels of the skin will eventually balance out after a few days. The soap can also cause a tingling, NOT burning sensation, leading to reddened skin.

Appropriate for all skin types, hypoallergenic, ophthalmologist tested, dermatologist tested. Please discontinue use if rash or skin irritation appears.
